  • What is Candle Builders?

    Candle Builders is a print on demand, drop ship candle partner.

  • What products do you offer?

    We currently offer 2 candle sizes (7.5 and 13.75) in three scents.

  • What scents do you have?

    Currently we offer Vanilla Bean, Sea Breeze, & Comfort Spice.

  • What parts of the candle are customizable?

    The front of the candle labels are completely customizable.

  • What are the dimensions & circumference of your candles?

    The 7.5 oz dimensions are; 3"(W) x 3 2/8"(H) with lid, 8 7/8" (circumference). The 13.75 oz dimensions are 3"(W) x 5"(H), 9.5"(circumference).

  • What is the burn time for your candles?

    The 13.75 oz candle burn time is 60-80 hrs, while the 7.5 oz is 50-60 hrs.

  • What kind of wax and wick are used in your candles?

    We use 100% Soy wax with a cotton wick.

  • Are you candles non-toxic?

    Always! Our candles are non-toxic, paraben and phthalate free.

  • What is the price for your candles?

    13.75 oz candle is $13.00 and the 7.5 oz is $9.00. You can retail them as you wish.

  • What is the best way to contact Candle Builders?

  • What e-commerce providers do you integrate with?

    We currently have a Shopify App for sellers who have a Shopify store. For other e-commerce providers please contact us at help@candlebuilders.com.

  • Is there a fee to partner with Candle Builders?

    Nope. No fee to partner with us. That's the best part. You only pay for the candles you sell to your customers.

  • Do I need to create an online store to sell your candles?

    Yes. you do need an online store to sell our candles.

  • How do I build an online store?

    There are many e-commerce partners to build your online store, for example Shopify. We have a Shopify app that would integrate with your Shopify store.

  • Do you print on demand?

    Yes that is all we do. Everything is POD. Which means no minimums and unlimited custom candle designs for you.

  • How do I order samples?

    You can order samples at http://shop.candlebuilders.com.

  • Do you offer custom packaging?

    At this time we do not offer custom packaging.

Order FAQ

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    The status of your order(s) can be found in the "orders" tab in your Shopify store.

  • Can I change my order after it is submitted?

    No, once an order is submitted design and quantities are considered final.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    No, there is no minimum order. We area print on demand service. We print what your customers order from you.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We do not accept returns unless there is a product defect. Please email help@candlebuilders.com if you believe you have received a defect.

  • Why is my order on hold?

    An order is usually on hold because there is a problem with the print url (label design). When this happens our support team will contact you.

  • What if my customer's order was damaged when they received it?

    Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the damaged product at help@candlebuilders.com and include an image. We will replace and ship a replacement asap.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    No, once you have submitted your order to Candle Builders it is considered final.

  • Do packing slips include pricing or Candle Builders information?

    No, packing slips only include item name and quantities. There is no mention of CB or pricing.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Unfortunately, no you cannot pick up your order.

  • Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?

    Please contact us at help@candlebuilders.com for bulk order questions.

  • Can I include promotion inserts in shipments to my customers?

    Sorry, you cannot include anything in the shipments to customers.

  • If I sell other drop ship products can I also sell your candles in my store?

    Of course, you can partner with whom you'd like for your products.

  • What retail price should I sell my candles for?

    This is really up to you. We recommend doing some market research.

Shipping FAQ

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We use USPS and DHL.

  • What are your shipping timelines?

    We cannot guarantee your orders will be delivered by the carriers delivery estimate. USPS Flat rate 3-5 business days, USPS priority 2-4 business days .

  • What are your shipping costs?

    We currently charge $7 dollars for the small candle and $8 for the large candle. Shipping is $5 for each incremental candle.

  • Can you use my shipping account to ship my orders?

    Sorry, but we cannot use third party shipping accounts.

  • What if my customers order was returned to sender?

    We will notify you right away and confirm the shipping address. Re-shipping fees may apply. We will hold the package for 20 days until it is discarded.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    No. Currently we shop to the USA and Canada only. WW shipping is coming soon.

  • My customer said they didn't receive their order, but the tracking said it was delivered - what should I do?

    Once the tracking indicates it has been delivered it is out of our hands. However in rare circumstances if stolen or lost your customer can file a claim with the carrier. If approved we will replace the order.

  • Do you deliver to a PO Box?

    Yes, our system will recognize that you are shipping to a PO box and adjust to USPS as needed.

  • How are the candles packed for shipment?

    We pack each shipment to protect the integrity of the product. There will not be any pricing or candle builders information included.

  • Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
