    Our production and fulfillment facility is located in Newfields, New Hampshire, USA. All drop ship and wholesale orders ship from there.

    How do I get an account with Candle Builders?

    You can apply for an account on our Account Application Page. With approval, this will give you access to both drop shipping for your online store and wholesale access to stock candles at your retail store.

    What are the contract & cancellation policies?

    Candle Builders has no contracts to worry about. If Candle Builders is not the right fit for your business, you may simply stop using your account at any time.

    What makes your candles high quality?

    Candle Builders offers only premium candle products that are safe, 100% non-toxic, and made with quality ingredients.

    • We use 100% natural soy wax made in the USA from soybeans grown on American farms.
    • Our scents are made from essential oils or fragrances. Both are non-toxic and made in the USA.
    • Our wicks are zinc & lead-free and made by Eco Wick.

    How long does it take for DROP SHIP orders to ship?

    Most drop shipped orders ship in 1-2 business days. During peak times it can be 2-4 business days.

    Will my DROP SHIP customers see the Candle Builders name anywhere?

    Drop Shipped orders don’t mention Candle Builders anywhere on the box or packing slips.

    How long does it take for WHOLESALE orders to ship?

    Wholesale orders are shipped in 7-10 days. They are sent directly to your retail store.

    What is Candle Builders Guarantee?

    Candle Builders wants both you and your customer to be happy. Therefore, we will promptly replace any dropshipped products that arrive incorrect, due to our error, or damaged in shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
